OUR VALUES
EUTC prides itself on being a community that is accessible and welcoming to all. Our values not only represent the members themselves, but the standards that we hold our members accountable to. The following also supports our criteria for any selective competition opportunities such as BUCS, and to determine which members we would like to offer Coaching and Judging opportunities. The club also has a Code of Conduct, which can be found below and we encourage prospective members to give it a read.
SUPPORT
Our members strive to always be there for one another, both in training and competition, and put the best interests of the team first.
INCLUSIVITY
Our members are one team, and we welcome those from any background and with any experience level. We stand beside each other and allow no person to go unsupported or unheard.
DEDICATION
Our members consistently give time and effort to the club, and commit to club activities and events in their entirety.
