Last weekend the tramps got up at the crack of dawn to travel all the way up to Aberdeen for League 1 of the Scottish Student Trampoline Competitions. This was our very first comp of the new academic year and everyone was super excited to get back to our trampy trips.

This academic year has been an amazing one for so many reasons but what really made it special was the amazing work done by our community and welfare officer, Seren! She has gone above and beyond this year to plan fundraisers, welfare sessions and community outreach programs.

After a Covid wave that swept SSTO in February, it felt amazing to get back to competing at League 3 in Aberdeen. As this was the last Scottish Student Trampoline event of the academic year, and for some of our graduating members, ever, we would like to thank SST for organising an amazing competition and Aberdeen University Trampoline Club for...

On Wednesday 26th January we hosted our second ever Race Night charity fundraiser. After missing it last year due to Covid we were buzzing to get back and host a fun night of betting, virtual horse races and general good vibes all for a good cause. This year we decided to fundraise for Conscious Edinburgh, a student-led mental health charity...

EUTC and Scottish Student Trampoline are finally back to competing after a long year and a half of restrictions!

I think we can all agree it has felt so nice to be starting the new semester with a bit more normality surrounding us! After a long year and a half of COVID-19 restrictions which saw our training and socials severely affected, we are delighted to be back in action and welcoming lots of new and familiar faces.

Last year we ran our first ever Race Night, raising £636 for Shelter. This year we wanted to repeat the success of this fundraiser, but unfortunately, due to current restrictions, an event like that of last years was impossible. This didn't deter our Community and Welfare Officer, Megan, who came up with a solution: Race to Fort William!!

Undoubtedly this semester was not exactly what we anticipated nor was it entirely easy. Nevertheless, as a team, we still pulled together to make the most of it, trying new activities and making new memories.

At the end of April we launched a COVID-19 fundraiser, lead by our community and welfare officer, Megan. We are living through unprecedented times, where our front line workers put their lives at risk to help us; so we initiated this fundraiser with the hope of helping them!

2019/20, although a year cut short, has been jam packed with memories! We couldn't be prouder of everyone's success and team spirit!!
